What we collect
- Newsletter subscriptions. If you join our newsletter, we collect your email address. We use it to send the weekly Briefing and occasional editorial updates. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email.

- Cookies. We use a minimal set of essential cookies for the site to function and a privacy-respecting analytics cookie. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.
- Editorial correspondence. If you email the editor or contribute as a source, we keep that correspondence for the purpose of editorial work and standard professional records.
How we use it

Where data lives
Our infrastructure runs primarily in the European Union and North America. Email delivery uses Resend (US, GDPR-compliant processor). Analytics may briefly transit through US-based infrastructure under standard contractual clauses. We do not transfer data to jurisdictions without an adequacy or SCC basis.
Your rights
Wherever you are based, you can ask us to (a) confirm what we hold about you, (b) export it, (c) correct it, or (d) delete it. If you are an EEA, UK, or Swiss resident, GDPR rights apply directly. If you are a California resident, CCPA rights apply directly. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention
- Newsletter email addresses: until you unsubscribe.
- Editorial correspondence: 5 years (standard journalism record).
- Aggregated analytics: 24 months, then aggregated further.
Children
ENTRA Intelligence is written for an adult professional audience. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we update this policy in a way that materially affects how we use your data, we will email subscribers and post a clear notice. Routine clarifications will simply update the date at the top of this page.
