These terms govern your use of ENTRA Intelligence, the independent publication on global hiring published by ENTRA LLC. Using the site means you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The publication

ENTRA Intelligence publishes original research, briefings, interviews, analysis, and rankings about how the world's leading employers find, verify, and retain talent in the era of intelligent machines. We strive for accuracy and welcome corrections — write the editor at intelligence@entracareers.com.

Use of our content

  • You may read, share, and quote our content for personal and professional use, including in news media and educational contexts, with attribution to ENTRA Intelligence and a link to the original article.
  • You may NOT republish our content in full without written permission, train AI models on our work without a license, or remove attribution.
  • Quotes up to 200 words for journalistic or editorial use are pre-approved with attribution.

Rankings, ratings, and methodology

Our rankings and the ENTRA Talent Index ratings (AAA, AA+, AA, etc.) reflect our editorial assessment based on publicly available data and independent research. They are opinions, not investment, hiring, or career advice. Treat them as one input among many.

Conflicts of interest

ENTRA Intelligence is editorially independent of ENTRA LLC's other product lines (entracareers.com, entracareers.app). We disclose material relationships in any article where they exist. We do not accept payment to be included in or excluded from our rankings.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". While we work hard for accuracy, errors are possible. Information here is general editorial content, not personalized advice. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of our coverage. Where applicable law does not permit limiting liability, the maximum liability of ENTRA LLC is the lesser of (a) US$100 or (b) what you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in Wyoming courts, except that consumers in the EEA, UK, or California retain rights to bring claims under applicable local consumer-protection laws.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version always sits at this URL with an updated date at the top. Material changes are announced to newsletter subscribers.
