Three dynamics will define Bucharest's remote AI trajectory through year-end.
EU AI Act compliance demand. ING Tech Romania's Annex III §5 credit-scoring compliance build, Bitdefender's Article 6 high-risk obligations for critical infrastructure deployments, and UiPath's Article 50 transparency requirements for automation agents are each generating role categories in Bucharest that did not exist two years ago: AI governance engineers, technical documentation specialists, conformity assessment engineers.
